The Executive Bureau for the Acceleration of Aid Absorption and Support for Policy Reforms (EB) on Sunday launched a training workshop to boost the skills of the Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry's media staff in developing strategic and operational plans, so as to achieve the ministry's objectives.
The Aden-hosted workshop is aimed to help the trainees develop strategic plan's framework, targets and structure for the Agriculture Ministry's communication and relations team.
After the 5-day training, the participants are also expected to develop an operational plan along with its objectives and programs and activities of the Ministry's team.
The participants will receive training on analysis instruments, so as to be able to analyze the internal and external contexts, develop strategic goals and their achievement indicators, assess these indicators, and develop operational plans with the aim of marketing the Ministry's near and far goals and ends.
