The Executive Bureau for the Acceleration of Aid Absorption and Support for Policy Reform (EB) on Sunday launched a training workshop in Aden for the Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry's media and communication staff.
The workshop comes as part of the institutional building project designed to support the State's different institutions.
The 5-day workshop aimed to boost the skills of the Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry's media staff in developing strategic and operational plans along with their targets, so as to achieve the ministry's objectives.
The participants are also expected to have learnt how to outline programs and activities for media staff, create strategic objectives and indicators, evaluate these indicators, and develop marketing operational plans.
