About us
The agency was established in accordance with Presidential Decree No. (22) of 2013, as an independent body and an institutional mechanism to solve the problem of the government’s weak absorptive capacity regarding foreign financing, accelerate it, direct it to priority entities, and ensure the success of the joint framework of mutual responsibilities between donors and the Yemeni government, which includes a package of economic policies and procedures.
