A Yemeni government meeting on Sunday underlined the need to boost efforts exerted by the Executive Bureau for the Acceleration of Aid Absorption and Support for Policy Reforms (EB), in the institutional-building project currently conducted in a number of Yemeni official institutions.
Bringing together the Yemeni minister of planning and international cooperation, Wa'ed BaDheeb, and EB's executive director, Dr. Afrah Al Zouba, the Aden-hosted meeting addressed ways to enhance the EB's efforts in the institutional-building project currently conducted in a number of Yemeni official institutions.
Minister BaDheeb showed interest in supporting the EB and providing the facilities needed to help it perform the tasks included in its agenda meant to monitor joint responsibilities and donors' pledges in the economic reforms process, in addition to its integral role towards other governmental institutions.
For her part, Dr. Al Zouba presented key projects her Board is now involved in, at top of which is the institutional evaluation and the support provided to the two sectors of electricity and agriculture and fisheries.
